Staff is very professional, both in appearance and conduct.
As someone in my 40s, I appreciate the hotel location. Short walk to the beach and short walk to city centre.

The hotel is in a great location and has great facilities. The staff is highly trained and takes care of their guests very well. Rooms had good AC and comfortable beds. The room offered good sound isolation; we couldn't hear other guests.

Can recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, especially for families. We had to extend our stay two times because our 6-month old got sick and even had to go to the hospital in Gdansk. The hotel management and staff were extraordinarily supportive and went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are pleasant, excellent breakfast. The Michelin recommended in-house restaurant Cafe Xander (where you can get room service) is also very good. We will definitively visit again.

Hotel Haffner is truly a 5-star experience. From the moment you step inside, you can see the incredible level of detail and investment that has gone into the architecture and interior design. Elegant, thoughtful, and genuinely impressive throughout.
Maja was so so pleasant booking me in and so accomidating where to park as i found it difficult parking in heavy snow. Café Xander was outstanding. Being Irish and rarely ordering steak abroad, I don’t say this lightly but the steak was amazing, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
Later at the bar, the service continued to impress. Maksymilian was professional, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. Service like that genuinely elevates the entire experience.
Overall, Hotel Haffner is an exceptional hotel in every sense, from food and service to design and atmosphere, all at the highest level. We stayed here last year, and somehow it just keeps getting better!!

Breakfast was great, quite lots of options (though there could be more vegetable).

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel style is "eastern european", visibly old but with cool vibes. Kudos for small details like offering a sewing kit in each room. Everything felt clean, the location is fine.

The spa is great -- quite big pool, nice saunas, and not crowded even at 6 PM.

The stuff is sympathetic and able to speak English, The check-in and check-out process is simple.

The location of the hotel is good, being less than 10 minutes walk from Sopot Centre and plenty bars and restaurants, etc.
The breakfast was exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful.
Pool, sauna, etc looked great too.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Hidden in the trees but close to the beach. Very clean room, windows that you can open yourself ( rarely seen in a modern hotels). Spaces corridors. Staff is always smiling.

Good choice at breakfast, very comfortable room, had every amenity necessary, even had a stocked mini bar.
The pool was a good size and the spa facilities were free to use: sauna, steam room, ice bath, jacuzzi.
Most staff spoke good English and were all extremely welcoming.

We booked a room for one night and were pleasantly surprised to be offered a free upgrade. We got a wonderful large two-room apartment with a coffee machine and complimentary sweets and water.
They have a fantastic Beach Club, which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was really excellent. Breakfast was also great.
Very convenient parking next to the hotel.
The hotel staff was very helpful. When leaving the hotel, we received a pleasant surprise - a bag of warm cookies for the trip, which was really nice.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Sopot.

Great staff and polite, always with a smile. Speak very good english (but no icelandic.. :( ..joke). Found out the hotel has the best deal on renting a bike, didn't know they had one but was really glad they do. Food at their fine restaurant exceeded my expectation *****. The SPA lives up to its name, nice pool and jacuzzi area with a genuine sauna and a steem bath. I will visit the hotel again.

Lovely hotel in a quiet side of town. We left our window open all night and it was still really quiet. Easy access to the beach and the main street, full of restaurants and shops. The bar area at the hot is small but the restaurant is fab.

Ultimately good location, behind the forest, beside the archeological museum, near the sea shore, however close to the city center.
Very friendly and pleasant stuff on reception and during breakfast serving. Compact but comfortable room. It was really pleasant for breakfast to get warm and properly prepped porridge, however, which you should order personaly and wait for around 15-20 min.

This Hotel is a great value for money in Sopot. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. The receptionist Viktoria was very welcoming and understanding. The room provided was very quiet and good ambience that helps you to catch good night sleep. Kids friendly atmosphere and robots constantly cleaning the lobby area was nice.

I recently stayed three nights at Hotel Haffner in Sopot, and really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are absolutely immaculate and seem brand-new with excellent wood craftsmanship and smart design. The spa is really great, beautifully tiled with beautiful mosaic tiling, a large swimming pool finish sauna and a really great steam room, there’s even a plunge pool to cool down with which I loved! But the best part of my trip was the excellent deep cleansing facial that I got from Anna in the spa. Anna is a fantastic therapist and very knowledgeable, and she even spoke Norwegian to me when I told her I live in Norway! She really took care of me and gave me some good advice about my skin care needs and I would really recommend her for your next stay! Overall this hotel is a great location close to the beach and a great venue for meetings. I think the projectors and some of the rooms could be better for higher quality digital projections for the presentations at meetings, otherwise everything worked really well for our 2-day meeting of approximately 75 people. And I really liked my espresso martini at the bar, really great bartender! And great wines and the restaurant had very nice food, the risotto was amazing!

Everything is absolutely amazing! We love everything about the hotel, the room, the service from start to finish, the people working here are very kind, especially the restaurant and the bar where Andrzej has been our waiter and we want to give him an extra compliment! He is very professional, provides great service both in the restaurant and in the bar and makes delicious drinks. We will definitely come back! Recommend everyone to try the food in the restaurant, absolutely amazing food experience!
